Craig analyzed everything and instead of replacing all 3 outdoor spickets he replaced one and fixed the other two. I was impressed with his honesty. We went for a number of days with the water company telling us we had a leak. Low Tide showed up in a timely manner and worked to find the source. It appeared to be coming from an ice maker that was not running properly so they turned it off and suggested we watch for a day or two to see if that solved the problem. The following day we determined that the leak was ongoing so we called Low Tide back.
