This group is professional from the office to the guys in the field. I highly recommend them.
This company is fantastic. They came through for us in an emergency during the week of Christmas. We had a pipe flood our garage because of a clog right before the holiday. They truly cared about our situation and came immediately to help us. The clog was so bad the city had to get involved but Low Tide kept in touch to check. The city made us install a 2 way clean out before they would even touch it and I called Low Tide and they came back out same day and installed it. They were so attentive and timely and helpful.
