Didn't end up working with them, but I can't fault their service and integrity as a business. Due to timing and treatment options it made more sense for me to go with another provider before my consult with Louise. Even though I'd given them less than a business day's notice they refunded my consult fee in full without me asking! I'd pretty much written the money off at that point and wouldn't have blamed them for wanting to retain it, given I'd booked out a time in their calendar.
