Amazing! The journey I’ve had has been a complete transformation. The guidance and support by Jesse and Dorota addresses the mental and physical aspects of one’s approach to food and exercise. (you realize I never said diet). This is not a diet, this is a personalized blueprint to help achieve lifestyle changes. For anyone who has suffered through the yo-yo, dieting, life stresses, and any other guilt associated with food choices, I 100% recommend taking this first step.
Low Sugar is a great program for people who need help nutrition and fitness and really focused on individual needs. LSF 30-min workouts are the easiest way to get your day from good to great! This zero-excuse workout is perfect for moms like me who don't have much time for it. Dorota is an excellent instructor who clearly knows her stuff and is easy to understand. Highly recommend!
