This one was a tricky one for me because this review is essentially coming from all the guests at my wedding, because on the night of, I only got like 3 bites of food haha. I will say though, my experience at the food tasting was incredible! I attended an event and had the opportunity to try the smoked chicken and cowboy beans and WOW, just wow!! The chicken, unsauced, was slow cooked for hours to such a juicy & flavorful perfection; a must try. As a caterer, I find myself a bit picky but this cuisine was above and beyond exceptional and the service was stellar. I highly recommend this team! You will not be disappointed.
Javier and the team did such a great job at my wedding! The food was amazing first and foremost, but I wanted to specifically note Javier's professionalism and communications throughout the booking and leading up to the wedding. We choose Low Rent BBQ for our wedding in August - long story short, Javier & his team exceeded all expectations. The food was hot & full of flavor. Our guests raved about the chicken & brisket all night. There was plenty of food for our guests to get 2nds. It must've been a hit because there wasn't much leftover!
