Javier and his crew knocked it out of the park for our wedding. We went with the buffet-style BBQ, and it was hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had. The smoked brisket and chicken were incredibly tender and packed with flavor, and the variety of sides and salad gave everyone plenty of great options. We cannot say enough great things about Javier and his crew! We hired them to cater our wedding, and the buffet-style BBQ was absolutely phenomenal. We served smoked chicken, brisket, multiple sides, and salad, and every single item was delicious. The brisket and chicken were incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We went to try Javier's food and we knew this was our caterer right away! He was great at communicating, the prices cannot be beat, and the food was outstanding. Javier brought the smoker to the venue with our/the venue's permission, and despite the smoker trailer you would have never known he was there if it weren't for the smell of the pulled brisket and chicken! I will recommend low rent bbq to everyone!! Javier made my life so much easier with all the wedding stress. Very easy to get ahold of and super nice crew. The food was amazing. Chicken was fantastic. Everything I wanted with a BBQ. Budget friendly for 200 people. I can’t thank them enough for how much they did for me and all my guests.
