My late father and I only used this guy when needing smog he has always been very kind and helpful. He makes time out of his busy schedule to squeeze you in. Never complains when he has to do extra inspections (finding serial number) which can be very time consuming and uncomfortable. He always gives you water whike you wait which is above and beyond.
