I had a great experience with these guys. My Kia Soul got broken into 2 days ago - the perpetrators broke the rear passenger door window. I spent part of yesterday calling around for repair quotes. Brent was super helpful, friendly and patient - I called him several (3 or 4) times asking for the quote and follow-on questions. He gave me a quote over the phone, verified the part was in-house, and offered several schedule times to choose from for the next day.
