My parents have been seeing doctor Low for over 20 years. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable and had always provided the best care for my parents as well as helping me support them also. His receptionist have always been polite and inviting.

The receptionist, whose name was not provided, exhibited unprofessional behavior that is unsuitable for handling inquiries from individuals with vulnerable needs. During our interaction, she terminated the call abruptly and consistently spoke over us, demonstrating a lack of consideration for our concerns. This conduct is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention for her services
