I took my Jetta in for a 20k service and tire rotation. The next day I noticed that a scratched rim and tire that had been previously replaced were both still in the same spot. I called and they said that the tech's notes said he rotated the tires but that I could bring it in to have them rotated again if that's what I really wanted. They won't work in my older vw
Fantastic service and the technician kept me updated by text as to how the service was going along. Recall notice about the AIR-BAG & Oil change, filters etc. Mr Doug the service writer couldn't have been more kind and Ms Virginia (parts dept) was great also. Unfortunately they didn't have a Beetle rear boot lid logo but that's ok, no problem. Great VW location !
