The folks at Low Country True Value not only care about customer service (almost no wait before they offer to help) but they actually understand their products, they are experts in the application use and care of the items and products that they sell. Try asking something technical from an employee at Lowes... I won’t shop anywhere else - keep it up guys, your difference is noticed and appreciated.

There is an awesome group of people working at Low Country True Value. When customers walk in, they are there ready to help you find whatever you need for just about any project! You just don't get that at the box stores. I prefer real customer service like what I get at Low Country True Value.
