I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Low County Shelving and Glass Co. Our shower doors look great and the entire staff was a pleasure to work with! The technicians were timely, responsive, and communication was excellent.
Receptionist is rude and lacks phone and communication skills. I've spent quite a bit of money with them on projects that I've done through my contractor and after that interaction, will not be sending anymore business there way.
They came out and measured every nightstand, dresser and a 10 ft. dining table for our 6 bedroom beach house. Each piece was cut to perfection. They were reasonably priced, very professional and did a quick turnaround. I will definitely use them for any other glass projects we have.
Low Country Shower & Glass installed two frameless shower enclosures and a tub enclosure during our condo remodel and they all look beautiful! We recently discovered that a rental guest had damaged the tub door mechanism. A very knowledgeable and pleasant technician quickly got it working perfectly again. I would highly recommend this company due to their high end products and excellent service.
