The shop got backed up because of several tow-in vehicles ahead of me, so my repair took longer than expected. Still, the staff kept apologizing and updated me throughout the afternoon. Once finished, the new brake pads felt solid immediately during the drive home.
Highly recommend, the employees were knowledgeable, friendly and the car service was fast. Feel safe to use them in the future.
They very quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle intermittently running hot. In spite of much of the front end having to be removed in order to replace the faulty component, they executed an estimated 2 day repair in a single day. My work is predominantly on commission, so having my vehicle available and running reliably is a must. Auto Helpers came through big time for this single dad of three teens.
