Destroyed 4 pairs of pants offered to compensation
Low Country Laundry damaged and destroyed four pairs of my newly purchased work slacks, $100 each from Banana Republic. Two of the pairs they turned the white inside lining and pockets pink, on the other two pants they destroyed three buttons and told me that per the agreement they are not responsible for button damage, they told me this after admitting an employee who they had recently fired used the wrong equipment on the pants which shattered the buttons.
