Kent and Jamie appeared at our door the day after we called to look at our job. We have had severe buckling of boards due to water. They were so upset at our problem, they immediately went to work to lay the boards Flat. They spent two hours at this for us. They said they wouldn’t want their parents to live with this and such a chance of falling. They also told us all the characteristics of woods. Best decision we made after buying our retirement home. The floors are gorgeous and brighten up the interior. The guys were great to work with and no mess whatsoever. Would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.
(11/15/2023) Kent and his guys impressed our family again. LCF is the best in the business. You get what you pay for. I recommend paying the premium to Low County Flooring for a Premium Product.
