I am only giving two stars, not because of the PA I saw, or the staff in the back of the office, but because of the front check-in desk. It was my first visit as a new patient, and I did not feel welcomed into the office at all when I walked in. This is a first impression that patients see when they first come into a new office, and it is critical that they feel welcome and like they are the only ones at the checkout desk. Still waiting on lab results after my visit nearly 2 months ago. In the mean time I have 2 separate bills to pay without a diagnosis? Nurse is not available by phone and calls are not returned.
