Jay Smith was recommended by Nimmer Turf to install EMPIRE ZOYSIA in our yard. After 2 months we contacted Jay because the grass was dying. Jay shared the EMPIRE ZOYSIA was overseeded with rye grass. It assured us it was only the rye grass dying and it would be fine. Four months and $7800 later we have large dead spots in our yard. Jay blames Nimmer and Nimmer blames Jay. We are just stuck in the middle. Did I mention they are family. Just a scam!
