My son is a patient here. He has liver damage from sickle cell and too many blood transfusions. He needs a specific medication to get iron off his liver called Jadenu. I called on 1-29-26, 2-10-26, 2-11-26, 2-12-26, 2-19-26, & 2-24-26 to get a refill on his medication. Today is 2-26-26 and he still doesn’t have this medication. I would have given 0 stars if I could. I requested Pooler location but it appears that I was given Savannah. Got here and they are closed on Tuesday. I will call Pooler in the morning to see if I can get in. I have had to reschedule this appt 3 times now. I am not impressed.

We are having the same problem as others in the review. Our PCP sent over a referral over a month ago. We’ve call the office since and have yet to speak to a person. No one answers the phone. A few times we’ve it goes to voicemail. We’ve left several voicemails over the month and zero returned phone calls. Why is it so difficult to get a returned phone call? Is there another way to schedule an appointment?

My wife has been a patient at Low Country Cancer Center for 4 years the past three weeks, and the level of care she has received has been deeply disappointing. At a time when patients need clarity, compassion, and coordinated support, we encountered disorganization and a lack of professionalism that added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.
