I signed a contract, to the sum of $18,598, with Low Country Builders and Design, LLC to clear the trees off my lot in Midway, GA. The contract was signed July 21, 2025. Stipulations of the contract included having my lot cleared and removal of 22 trees, and a survey of the lot in approximately 3 weeks.
