This company built my home . Started 2022. Took 2 yrs for a 7 month build. While you pay taxes anx insurance. Lots of redos because pride in workmanship is not their goal. Warranty has run out after telling company for months in advance there were issues with floors. After looking at trex flooring for steps it doesn't seem they installed the barrier he said they would . This will cause further problems because of the quality of work and materials used. You know I really wanted to be able to leave a 5 star. This is our first purchase and we feel like we got taken advantage of due to having to buy site unseen because we were leaving Hawaii (military move) and when we moved into our home there were so many half a** things done. Not only that but I have heard so many others who bought from this builder have issues with their home.
