Making up bills! Zero customer service
A Predatory operation. This is the anesthesia company that won't join the network of the only hospital that they work for. Anybody that has an operation at Beaufort memorial hospital will be billed as an out of network provider as far as the anesthesia is concerned. Anesthesia not being covered by insurance makes it unaffordable and therefore I was sent to collections. GROSS BILLING ISSUES. I had several billing issues. The last one I saw today when reviewing my credit card activity saw 2 unauthorized payments - I DID NOT GIVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION - how did they get it? No idea , probably a payment I did before but I didnt know they would keep it. I have been in conversation with BMH about 2 bills I received. Bills were being reviewed because BMH is not using my insurance and billing me the whole amount. Suddenly BMH just used my credit card without my authorization.
Charged me after surgery even after insurance had pre approved procedure and claim. They battled insurance company for over a year. Kept sending me bills and ended up destroying MY credit through collections agency! STAY AWAY from them… thieves.
Had I known what I know now, I would have used a rock to knock myself out instead of these shysters. Use ANYONE but these people. BEWARE. These are professional thieves.
