Jim is an absolutely awful washer/dryer repairman. The 1 star is actually deceiving. He deserves 0. He advertises his services on Columbus, OH. and Toledo, OH. Craigslist. AVOID HIM. Jim came to my house, did a diagnostic, and took $35 cash as a deposit, with the understanding that the money was to go towards the work that he would be completing. I called Jim to fix my dryer, He came the same day gave me a Great price and had us up and running in less than an hour, My Wife and I were Impressed at how Knowledgeable Jim was and how quickly and efficiently he took our dryer apart repaired and reassembled it, Jim is a Professional Pleasant Nice guy, I would have no problem recommending him to anyone!
