Jordon provided plumbing services in November 2024 following our new counter install and did a great job. Jordan just returned (May 2025) as we had an issue with our countertop which had to be replaced, so plumbing services was needed again. Jordan is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My first time using him was a 5 star rating but this time I’d have to give him a 1 star rating because he doesn’t answer his voicemail and now the mailbox is full because I’ve been trying for a couple days now; hence the 3 star rating. Due to the urgency I’ve had to go through someone else. Disappointing because my friend who manages a building uses him too

Need to replace 2 faucets connected to the washer and dryer. Jordan came to replace both faucets. He's professional, friendly and knowledgeable on what to do. Cost-wise, it's really low cost as their company-name is. Will surely recommend this company to family and friends.
