David is a pro at what he does. I was a bit skeptical with the name of the company “Low Cost Mortgage.” Usually, companies with similar names aren’t actually affordable or they are affordable but lack quality. Low Cost Mortgage actually lives up to its name. Best rate in town by far, but you don’t lose any quality. We appreciated his thoroughness, promptness, and affordability.
