Units fail constantly, leaving you stranded. Customer service is non existent, also leaving you stranded. Switch to another provider and life gets better...until you realize that low cost keeps charging you monthly. Steer clear of them.
Trash equipment that can’t even operate correctly in the state of Alaska but they will go ahead and install the faulty equipment and charge you 20-40$ for the machine not working properly due to cold weather causing false positives. They will then tell you to write an”inquiry” for the matter (which I’ve written two inquiries) the first inquiry was magically “lost in the system” and the second inquiry has been pending for six months!!!!
