Audio Innovations installed my interlock device improperly leaving wires exposed causing damage to my circuit board.
If I could leave a no star rating I would. They raise the cost on you and do not notify you unless you are the one contacting them about a payment. They lie about reimbursement for tows because of their faulty equipment. The wire stopped working on the device and I was left stranded. I had to pay for a tow, placed the work order so the shop could fix the issue. Not only did they not order the cord and i had to wait 2 more additional days.
