If I could leave a no star rating I would. They raise the cost on you and do not notify you unless you are the one contacting them about a payment. They lie about reimbursement for tows because of their faulty equipment. The wire stopped working on the device and I was left stranded. I had to pay for a tow, placed the work order so the shop could fix the issue. Not only did they not order the cord and i had to wait 2 more additional days. Don’t use low cost interlock. Been with out my truck for 10 days because the device stopped working. I have $500 just in tow fees. They never pick up the phones once your a customer. Was on hold for two hours just for them to drop my call. I haven’t been able to work the last ten days because I don’t have a vehicle
I waited on hold two hours and still nothing I messaged them through the account like 6 times not even a call back, I been with out a car for three days because of them and their poor customer service and been through three devices by far the worst service ever and they advertised that there is no wait time they are available 365 days and that is a lie too. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY
Absolutely horrible. Stranded with kids in the car on the side of the road. Constantly calling tow trucks. The system will give a failed test when there is NO ALCOHOL in your system. No 24/7 emergency line that ACTUALLY WORKS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. A more reliable breathalyzer is worth the extra penny. BELIEVE ME.
