I was rescheduled for my installation twice. When I got to my appointment the shop didn’t know I was supposed to be there. Apparently my work order was “canceled” even though I was told to be there on the date I was there. I then had to sit on hold and being transferred around departments for 2.5 hours to get the to give the shop a new work order so they could program the device. All in all- my installation took the shop about an hour and a half. I was at the shop for 4.5 hours. What a horrible experience.
I was under the impression from the woman I spoke to that my initial payment was $140 n installation fee of 175 but ended up paying $260 other than the miscommunication everything went fine RC was knowledgeable and helpful with dos and don’t s regarding the device
Cash only transactions make me wonder how a company contracted by the State of Wisconsin is able to do this.
