Worst customer service ever. No way to get ahold of live person if you need service. Never call you back. Steer as far away as you can.
I've been with a few interlock companies and this one is very unorofessional. Don't go here!
Okay this company use to be really good. But now they are not if you miss your service you now have to pay $133 or tow it to get it serviced. Even though on its website it says free!!! They are now short staffed so to get anyone on the phone or help takes hours or days for a call back. There are no supervisors to help. They leave you with empty awnsers to where you jave to continue to keep calling back. 100% find a different company... also the interlock throws false codes, and in utah if its to cold or to hot freezes the sy... read more
