Trying to get anyone on the phone is a pain. I’ve had to pay for multiple lockout codes that never worked resulting in my husband missing his interlock removal appointment multiple times. They also continue to charge you if the device is in your vehicle so depending on when you can get in for a removal appointment you have to pay for the device and also another lock out code. Very frustrated and over this whole process!
