Absolutely horrible service! I haven’t even have the unit installed on my car for more than 5 days and I have already had 2 issues with it. When calling for help, it’s useless. I feel like I am receiving no help whatsoever. I’m trying to get my life back together and this company is literally driving me to go backwards. I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes…… is this what they really want expect????? I’m stranded and need help!!!!!!!!!
