Absolutely love this pharmacy. Brod is always helpful and goes above and beyond for his customers. My husband chuckles at the fact that he knows when he’s coming in for my prescriptions. Such a great guy! Thank you for going above and beyond.
I needed to pick up my compounded medication, and I planned to pick it up today (Wednesday morning). I got a text at 9 pm last night (Tuesday, three hours after they closed that day) that Tuesday was the last day I could pick it up this week because the pharmacy would suddenly be closed Wednesday through Friday. No other explanation. So now I will be without medication till they “reopen” Monday. When I call, no one answers the phone.
Pharma 1 at 4100 Eldorado Parkway in McKinney is fantastic. Refills are super easy, they send a text when everything is ready, and the best part is it feels like you are actually communicating with a real person, not a robot. The whole team is professional, friendly, and efficient. Every visit is fast and painless, there are no lines, and I am in and out quickly. Broderick, the pharmacist, is the best, always helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience every time. Prices are truly affordable, prescriptions are filled quickly, and the staff is kind and helpful. It’s refreshing to find a pharmacy that makes medications accessible without sacrificing service. Highly recommend!
