I have been a regular customer of Low carb kitchen for several years now. In that time, I have lost over 200lbs. As a single guy who sucks at cooking and works a busy job, meal prep has always been unsustainable for me. Back in 2020 halfway through the COVID lockdowns my wife was diagnosed w T2 diabetes. Instead of drug regimens we went low carb. Fortunately we found Shannon and the Low Carb Kitchen. For five plus years now Shannon has kept us fed and happy and kept my wife's diabetes in check. Love the food. Love the service. Not only is the food good and low carb, Shannon writes up the macros on all the meals so you know what you're eating.
This place is not only Low Carb. Kitchen it is also an Italian kitchen (D'Capos) both have excellent food at reasonable prices.
Unfortunately, I have to update my review. I was there to pick up my food, the guy was cooking and didn't see me right away. I waited for a few minutes, while I was waiting he coughed right over the food he was cooking, not once but twice. I was so grossed out. The next day I sent an email explaining what I had witnessed and asked for a refund. Approximately 5 days later I did receive a refund.
