Don’t be greedy and charge another deposit after customer was injured and in the hospital on the day the move was scheduled. Disgusting disrespect for clients as human beings.
They damaged my mother BRAND NEW washer and dryer and refrigerator. She took pics and even showed them what they did and the said they would file paperwork and never did. If you want your property safe stay far away from them
We had them pack all Of our stuff for a move across country. Movers broke the legs off our couch. They said they took photos and insurance would cover cost of couch. Just talk to them today 3 weeks later and they said they could only pay us 75 dollars for a 1000 dollar couch. They said they can only offer that because we didn’t bring the destroyed couch with us to Tennessee
Very prompt, professional and courteous company. Nothing was damaged in the loading, moving or unloading of the truck. They took away a huge amount of the stress of moving. Can't thank them enough. ++++
I'm probably going to struggle to articulate just how pleased I am with the service received from Ricky and Brian at Low Budget Movers. I had a large, imported table that had to weigh well north of 500 lbs moved from one house to another. Those two did the job in 2 hours (estimate was 3) with no issues/damage. On top of that, they had me rolling with laughter a few times with their hilarious sense of humor. They clearly worked well together and just did an incredible job. Well done, guys. Well-freaking-done.
Things don’t always go as planned when you are moving. The crew showed up late and exhausted from 2 other BIG jobs they had. Once they got to me they were still very polite, friendly and professional. I had only a couple of pieces of furniture to move and it was done quickly with no complaints. I am so grateful to the guys that helped me move. 😇
What a fantastic crew we had! They were so efficient and professional and had great senses of humor. Made the move actually fun! Highly recommend this company. Ask for Brian and Ricky. They are the best!
Liam and Mike showed up on time, were efficient, consistent, and hard working. Did a great job and were very careful with all of our possessions. Very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone.
