My friend had booked an appointment at this place months in advance and received a text the night before stating that they do not carry dress sizes larger than a 12 and we should cancel the appointment as it won’t be enjoyable. I had flown down to florida in order to be able to go dress shopping with her. Her size range was shared when the appointment was booked and they suggested we cancel at 10pm the night before. If I could give this place negative stars I would. No respect for people’s time. I am disappointed on how my friends appointment was handled. At 10pm the night before her scheduled appointment, Anna sent a text message basically cancelling because apparently they don’t have her dress size. Her dress size was communicated on April 26 when the appointment was scheduled. It is now July 31. I had an amazing time with Anna, she made sure to make me feel so special and care since I was there by myself. The dresses are beautiful and theres a variety of dresses for your desire. Anna is so so so sweet and kind. I highly recommend if you looking to have the best bridal experience and feel like a princess
