I was unsure about what to do for piercing but the worker there Chloe was super helpful and friendly. Her help made me feel confident in my choices. Was super sanitized and did a wonderful job!

Daughter purchased a necklace from Lovisa. As she was putting the necklace on (still at the mall), the clasp broke and she walked back into the store to return it. They refused to refund or exchange as she did not have a receipt - no receipt was provided to her. It was a debt card purchase (which we have proof of) and it was moments earlier with the same cashier. Horrible customer service. We don’t expect much for inexpensive jewelry, but the necklace broke immediately.
Bought a necklace from here less than a week ago. Took it off in the water and to shower. It is already tarnishing. Cute jewelry but for almost $30 it shouldn’t be tarnishing less than a week later. The whole chain is tarnished and turning my neck/skin green. Cheaply made.
Stop by Rockingham mall today to get my daughter's ears pierced, and I must say I'm glad I have found this store, Chloe the manager was so patient and caring with my daughter, not to mention the $39.99 deal, we walked out very happy and thrilled with the excellent job Chloe did! Thank you so much!!!
