I got my daughter’s ears pierced one month and a half ago here. The lady there did a horrible job. The piercing itself wasn’t even. My daughter found it painful and couldn’t get her earrings through the hole. In addition to that, her ears were infected and one of the earrings they inserted went inside her ear. We had to get her treatment at the hospital.
My 7 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. Laura did an amazing job, was kind and professional and made her feel at ease! We were very happy with our experience!
The worst store in Denveshier Mall. Terrible customer service — to the point that my daughter just picked up an earring (still in its packet) and held it up to her ear in front of the mirror. Right away, an employee came over — and worse, she claimed to be the manager — and said, “Since you looked at it in the mirror, you have to buy it.” Even though we didn’t take it out of the packet! Had my ears pierced…Laura made my experience so smooth..was little nervous but she made sure the whole process was painless..would definitely reach out in future as well..
Really nice waterproof and tarnish resistant pieces. 3 stars for their website, as shipping is insanely slow and updates on the shipping are very minimal. I feel in the dark and I have no idea what the true status of my package is after 11 days (so far).
