I have waited a while to get my ears repierced and Saide C made the process so much fun and she did an amazing job! She is so kind and welcoming, and was really patient with me as I chose the best pair for myself. She did amazing with the placement, too. Everyone should go to Saide for their piercing needs because she makes it a fun experience and she’s very talented!
Horrible staff. Rude behavior. Inferior low quality products
Very bad service. The staff is very rude. I had not received a receipt for my purchase by email and I wanted to exchange or return an item. The two girls were not even ready to talk or help. The girls was threatening to call the security right away ! Very unprofessional.
This Lovisa location has become my go to spot for any occasion. The staff is always ready to help. The service and energy here stand out every time I visit!
