In the store this morning and absolutely disgusting service. No greeting by the only sales assistant when I came in with my mother. But greeted others when they came in. Then waited 20 minutes to get served while others got their ears pierced even though we arrived before them. Not even a simple message to say they will be a moment. Completely terrible service and won’t be coming back again.
Can't feel a thing when getting ear's pierced. Jeri is wonderful.
Had a terrible experience at Claire’s and headed to LOVISA where I was taken care of so nicely and with the most respect the employees were straight out of Disney land I felt like a kid with how nice they are. Thanks you so much. They even fixed my bad piercing from Clair’s which just goes to show they actually care about the customers and I just love them I hope they have the best day
Geri was absolutely amazing!! My daughter and her friend got their cartilage pierced and I had my nose pierced by Geri.. not only was she so knowledgeable from the suggested studs that were best, the placement and the physical piercing itself was a great experience! I highly recommend!!! Thank you Geri!!
Love it! I totally recommend Lovisa for ear piercing because they have real metal and NOT THE FAKE MEDALS 🥰 because i am allergic to fake medal so it hard for me to fine real metal earrings, so which I found out that they had REAL MEDAL earrings i was so grateful and the person that did my ear piercing was super nice and friendly. Louisa great family friendly place and clean place too
