I didn't go to this store but received a beautiful gift of jewelry from there and hope to see what else they have.
Just got my nose pierced on 7/25/25. I called back same day to try and report that the ring came out and that the hole closed that quickly. I ended up having to get it re-pierced somewhere else. I called back the next day and they agreed to a refund but said I needed to wait until a manager came in. I haven’t received a call yet. I’ve called a dozen times at this point and have gotten no answer. I did think because it was a jewelry store that this was a good choice. Clearly not. Even Claire’s does a better job.
Just tried to call and got the message, "I'm sorry, noone is available to take your call. GOODBYE." Goodbye indeed. I'd never go to a store with that attitude on the phone!
I got my ear pierced here this past Saturday evening around 7:30 PM, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. A younger Asian girl helped me — she was kind and friendly, amazing costumer service, however I truly don’t think she should be doing piercings. I went to this store in Alderwood Mall for the first time today. This is the worst experience I have ever had with the staff of this store. The seller and the manager are very rude, did not answer questions, did not want to help. When I asked if I could try on earrings, they told me to buy first, then try them on and if something does not fit, return them.
