The bad reviews aren’t without reason. Customer service rep argues over bags. We are 2 different customers purchasing and we would be going separate ways after leaving the mall and I requested a separate bag to prevent the small items from getting lost and was met with “we’re not allowed to give separate bags”. If you can’t spare a single paper bag for a paying customer, then you don’t need to be in business any longer.

Prices are incorrect. Customer service isn’t the best. I went in today and saw a pair of earrings that I liked, they were on the wall with sale labels so I assumed they were on sale. They weren’t, and that’s okay because I liked them that much. It was 3 pairs for 20, fair. I dropped them on the way to the counter and some fell off, no issue. I hand them over to the cashier and purchase them. No bag, simply wrapped in paper. I open them and one’s missing. I go back and get my missing earring back. The prices and price tags are mislabeled. I knew something was off when the cashier had to warn me “this is all full price.. is that okay? “ I ended up asking why everything is labeled inaccurately and deliberately misleading.. the cashier agreed that it was wrong and she “just worked there”. Gonna hit up the better business bureau. The jewelry is beautiful and good quality, theres absolutely zero reason to need to conduct your business is such a sleezy and misleading manner.

Most of their jewelry is overpriced and bad quality. Earrings can't be returned which is not disclosed before purchase. The rings take a while to tarnish, but they do after wearing for a couple of weeks. The "surgical steel" septum ring I bought was good and didn't irritate my piercing. The 4 for 12 earrings are good and worth the price. Overall just be careful what you buy here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst jewelry store I’ve ever been to. The quality of their products is terrible—what they claim to be “high-end” jewelry is nothing more than cheap, poorly made pieces that don’t last. I bought a ring that was supposedly sterling silver, only to have it tarnish and turn my finger green within a week! The customer service is just as bad.
