She listens carefully to find out how she can help and offers thoughtful suggestions but is not pushy. It is a pleasure shopping at Lovisa Capalaba because of her. Extremely professional and very thorough consultation. The piercer was absolutely lovely as well which makes such a difference as my daughter was quite nervous.
