Had my daughters and my ears Pierced today. Beth and Claire were amazing to deal with. They were very informative and had the best demeanour. You can tell they love their job and are very professional. Will definitely be returning in the future

I love how they care for there customers and really good with the children getting pricings and I just love them I strongly recommend it. And a shout out to Hannah who did my pricing she was so nice and very sweet. Thanks Hannah

disappointed with the customer service experience. The staff demonstrated a lack of understanding of the company's return and refund policies. Despite returning the item in its original condition, with the receipt, and within the 30-day window, the process was handled poorly, stating earrings are unable to be returned due to being earrings? Last time I checked Lovisa is a jewerelly store. Got my ears pierced they are severely uneven and the earrings were extremely small in that case it cause my earring in my right ear to actually go into my ear lobe probably because wasn’t the best experience ever!

Scott pierced my 3rd lobes for me, I’d had them done incorrectly once before, but Scott talked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable and explained the correct aftercare. He’s such an asset to this company, loved his patience and care. He deserves a raise!
