Would be giving 0 stars if optional. Walked around the Belconnen Lovisa store for a while with my friends and one of the shop workers was walking around us and staring at us. We went to leave and she stopped us asking us if we liked anything and wanted to purchase the items we were checking out, we politely said no and walked out. I got my nose pierced today and had the best experience with Emma! She was super kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her if you’re thinking about getting a piercing!
⭐ 1/5 Really disappointing experience at Lovisa Belconnen. Staff was eating at the back, didn’t notice me waiting for ages. When I asked for help, she gave me attitude. Poor service, won’t come back.
