This store likes to accuse innocent kids of stealing and when proven kid is innocent this store doesn't even apologise to said child. Not good enough, get ur fact straight before accusing anyone of stealing, we will NEVER be back
I had a really good experience shopping in Lovisa today!! Joy helped me sort the jewellery out really well and holds fabulous amount of knowledge about piercings of all types!! Well done Joy! Was really happy with your service 🫶
They have really good collection, Joy at the store is very warm and gives good suggestions, I ended up buying more.
Customer friendly staff, but they never have piercers available on walk-in (although it says on their website that they do walk-in and no booking required). They always ask to book for some other time .
Got my second lobe piercings with great service from Flich, very pleasant and good jewelry
