i came in to the store today to find a necklace as one does. while i was in the store, i noticed people stealing while the worker didn’t seem to even bat an eye, however me, a genuine customer was followed around and stared at by both of the workers. 0/10 do not reccomend this store.
The flatback earrings design was so horrible that even with the cheap price, it’s still not worth it because the earrings are not fit properly with the piercings they look so ugly, $34 for 3 tiny pieces of earrings run down the drain.
⭐️ Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Lovisa. My daughter had her helix pierced at this store, and the piercing became infected. We ultimately had to take her to a doctor, who removed the earring and prescribed antibiotics. What concerns me most is that, before seeing the doctor, we spoke to two other professional piercers, and both independently pointed out that the backing used by Lovisa was too short and was putting pressure on the piercing. Very disappointing experience. I found a jewellery piece I really liked, and it was clearly marked as discounted. However, when I went to purchase it, the staff told me that the discount was a mistake and refused to honour the marked price. I was simply told to choose another item instead. If an item is displayed with a discount, customers should be able to rely on the price shown. We had such a lovely experience here today. The staff member (Mehrin) who helped us was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient, kind, and professional throughout the whole visit. My client was feeling quite nervous about getting her ear piercing, but she took the time to reassure her, explain everything clearly, and helped her feel comfortable and confident.
