Both my daughters got piercings there & the process is carefully explained. Ella did an especially good job today on my daughter’s birthday seconds. Great service
I had worst experience with them. I took my daughter last month there to had her ear pierced. The girl on the reception said she does it but as I want 2 ears together so she called her manager. They were marking wrong every time and was irrated while I said . Then I did the marking. But one of the them pierced 1 ear far from the marking. Lady working at 12pm on 15/12/25 had airpods in and speaking a different language on the phone the whole time. didn’t say hello, good bye, not a single word. pointed at the pay machine didn’t even speak at that point just saved and tapped at the machine to get our attention. abysmal
Unprofessional behaviour from the manager (Belconnen store) herself!!! Ridiculous
What I saw today will probably leave me scared for a few days. Such disgusting behaviour by staff working at the store on the 6th of December. It did not happen with me i was just at the store while it happened. There was a dark skinned girl and a plus sized white girl working at the store that I witnessed behaving in an unbelievably rude manner.
