This incident happened on the 16th of September at about 2:30pm. My friend was sitting on the chair while I was looking for earrings and one of the staff suddenly walked aggressively towards my friend and said "you can't sit here" on an arrogant tone, as soon as she got off the chair the staff shoved the chair under the table with her foot. Please DO NOT get ear piercings there especially helix. I got mine like 1 week ago. And my ear piercings got infection. they use gun piercing which is not good ( I should do more research before get it from them). I have to see GP and remove jewellery. The girl was doing my piercing was really friendly by the way. But Please avoid get piercing from here.
Received a helix piercing from Tiana and she did such an amazing job, she is incredibly patient and even helped me look for specific earrings I was after, right after the piercing she did for me. She is great at her job and I am very satisfied with her customer service. A++++++ Jemima the cashier was also incredibly helpful, amazing store to be in.
