Both the reception ladies service is poor. One of them at counter was at billing & also very slow as 9-10 people were in queue for just 1-2 items . Another lady was more interested in taking pictures of the displayed stock and constantly rudely asking few clients to move away from there while they were checking out the stuff to buy. I love the brand and its other outlets but the staff here is pathetic.
Don't get your ears pierced here. It gets infected and they refused to repierce when I came back. Needed written permission from head office!
Was looking for a second stud, lovisa has a lot collections and Johanna helped me with the size and she got me very pretty ones. Very bigs thanks to her and Lovisa!!!!!
