Staff there very rude I came there to change my earrings because It wasn’t closed properly. But the staff with hijab refused to change it with a new one.
I wish I could give zero star for the service at this store . I went today around 6:30 pm to buy a nose pin. And payment was done quickly but I told the lady that no need to pack it as I wanted to wear it now. Anyhow after that I was trying to open the lid but it was quite hard and I asked another staff member if they can help me to open it because I want to wear it now .
