I visited Lovisa four months ago to get a piercing. I was quite nervous due to some past bad experiences, but thankfully, a staff member named Fariha made all the difference. She was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. It’s been a few months now, and I haven’t had any issues with the piercing. I'm really grateful for the excellent service and care I received!
