I was there at lovisha today .. it was my first time in here and I was confused about everything but the store manager he said his name was Frankie helped me with literally everything !! He was so sweet and calm !! Tysm we need more people in costumer service like Frankie
I had such amazing customer service from a woman serving me around 10am on Monday morning the 26th. I believe her name is Solmer (apologises I do believe I spelt her name wrong) but when I came to the counter with $30 sterling silver earrings she directed me towards a sale where I could get three equal quality sterling silver options for the same price of $30. I really appreciated the heads up!
I had my daughters ears pierced there today. The young lady helping us was so kind and professional. She made it a really nice experience for my daughter.
