What an awful customer service! I walked in and went straight to the silver section as I knew I want silver earrings. A staff member was there and said These are actually on sale out the front, then rushed me to the front where there’s mainly stainless steel and just a couple of silver ones. I had a wonderful experience at the ground floor Lovisa with the worker Mischa! I came in had a browse and asked to have my ears pierced. Her customer service despite it being a busy end of the day was exceptional. I was originally nervous as anyone would be with pain but Mischa was clam, collected and very professional. As a student paramedic I can say without a doubt everything was very sanitary and well prepared. I got my thirds done here about 3 months ago and they never healed properly, always leaking lymph fluid or blood despite not being infected at all and being sprayed with saline solution daily. A few weeks ago I found a piercing bump on the back of my right ear lobe just above my third, which I sprayed constantly but it still managed to fill with pus. I went to SkinKandy and the worker was rude also I needed my id card and overall it was a very long, expensive, and bad experience. Then I went to Lovisa, they had great manners and were super nice. All we had to do was fill out a form and then they would pierce your ears for you. They had free piercings so you were only paying for the earring.
