Terrible customer service, two young employees, one in a hijab the other with bright red hair did not greet me upon entering the store, but did several other customers. When I approached them, wondering if they hadn’t seen me, there still no greeting, no acknowledgement, not even any eye contact whatsoever. But the elderly ladies that were shopping around get full service?? Disgusting behaviour
Got a pack of 3 earrings for $30. The price seemed good, but the quality was really poor- the studs came apart the first time I wore them. Wouldn’t buy again.
I came in here last Sunday and asked for a piercing and was served by Hannah she was really nice to me and was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Liliana was the goat! Give her a raise! Best customer service and piercing experience Maggie and I ever had! Made my dreams come true. We look so smexy now! Employee of the century.
