The black female employee with dreadlocks working on 29th Nov 2025 who processed to swap earnings that I bought half hour prior was awful and insincere, she is doing the worst customer service that I had, with bad attitude, tried to mislead on purpose by wording of ‘returning’ even kept telling her to ‘swap’ in the beginning, she used another junior staff to tease trying to make customer feeling uncomfortable and bad, making it a terrible shopping experience. Me and my daughter got our second ear piercing at Lovisa (Castle towers) done by Soe and Olivia. Both were super helpful and answered all my daughter's questions and made her feel comfortable before the actual piercing. There was hardly any pain and we were really happy at how smooth they made the process for us. Soe was also very helpful with her suggestions on jewelry. Thank you so much to both of them for making our special moment even more memorable.
Got done the ear piercing here. Excellent service by Wendy and Anusha! Loved the after care hamper with cute bravery certificate 🫶🫶 Loved the jewellery collections here. Cute and budget friendly!
