Lovely staff at Knox City! I had an issue with an earring I bought on Wednesday, and Brooke helped me out in exchanging for a new one! She was so sweet!
Only one staff member on trying to serve customers and piece little girls ears!! Either book people in at a time when there's mote support or don't do it. It was sadly a really bad experience for my little girl.
I went in today in the morning around 10 am and the blond worker went above and beyond. Thank you. This was the Knox store.
As an international visitor, this place gets 0 for customer service. Refused to exchange poor quality/damaged item. The manager was the worst part of my experience. She gave me a ridiculous explanation as to why she can not replace earrings that are poorly designed and will break if got caught in my hair while wearing. As predicted, earring broke as soon as i tried to remove it from the package, basically paide 30$ for 1 earring. Five stars is for Liv (I think she said that was her name), the poor girl was trying to run the store on her own, put sales through and pierce ears. She was so calm and patient with my daughter, very apologetic for the wait. Please give her a raise or at the very least more help!!!
