Bad service. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help since they were too busy standing behind the counter talking to eachother on top of that the staff were giving me dirty and rude looks the whole time I was in the store, even after I smiled at them first. I was also walking around with my hands full because no one told me about the baskets they had in store until my sister found them and got one for me. I wanted to thank the friendly sales artist(s) that assisted my boyfriend to pick out a yellow gold locket-style necklace for me to wear on New Years eve. It was very kind and thoughtful of them to consider such a wise selection.

It's great to see that Lovisa Top Ryde has become more welcoming and tolerant towards LGBTQ customers. Back in 2014, there was a staff member named Pedra who refused to serve me because I was a homosexual. I spoke to other customers, and I was told that she was known for her homophobic discrimination. However, it's good to see that after 10 years times have changed.
