yesterday i received the best customer service i’ve ever had. i came in not long before they closed which i felt so bad about but she kept telling me it’s absolutely fine and to stop apologising. then when checking out, even though they were about to close, she still was trying to find me the best deals and helped me find some better quality pieces. she was so incredibly kind and helpful!

I couldn’t recommend these ladies enough! After my daughter deciding she wanted to get her ears pierced I walked into Lovisa not knowing what to expect with their piercings. The lovely lady walked me through the process and made my little one feel so happy, excited and welcomed from the get go. They provided the duel operator option and were so quick and made it such a positive experience for us.
