Had a much better experience here than the 'real' piercing shop a few doors down for basic ear piercing. Thank you to Millie who was so patient with our daughter getting one of her ears pierced for a second time. The other store gave us nothing after the first piercing (and also refused to 'fix' the initial piercing when we went back) so we went to Lovisa who had no problems with re-doing the piercing and also included the cleaning spray and aftercare advice which was so helpful! Absolutely outstanding customer service!!! The two beautiful young lady’s that were on today who pierced my two children’s ear lobes were amazing thank you so much you were so lovely and kind and patient and I can’t thank you enough as we had booked into skin candy next door where we had a horrible experience and walked away with nothing and I’m so glad we come to you girls at lovisa 💜 thank you 🙏

Clay is such a model, exemplary salesperson, going above and beyond in their customer service to make clients like myself feel accommodated. They were very attentive to my needs, I truly couldn't have asked for a more comfortable in-store experience. 10/10 x
Katie (or Katy) was such an incredible person! At my big adult age, I was honestly scared to get my ears pierced but she made me feel so safe, calm, and comfortable the whole time. Her uplifting spirit and gentle reassurance made the experience so much better. While my mum was shopping for jewellery, Katie made me feel cared for and genuinely happy I honestly could’ve given her the biggest hug because she made me feel so warm and confident. 💕 Lovisa, please give this lovely woman a raise or at least Employee of the Year!
