I wanted to share the amazing experience we had over the weekend. Mackenzie pierced my daughter’s ears. She was so nice and made my daughter feel so comfortable and confident. All of the girls who work there were super lovely and helpful. I tossed up a few places to go to get her ears pierced and I’m so happy I picked lovisa.
Alice is AAAAA+++ so lovely, extra kind and knowledgeable. Her service was professional and my daughter had a wonderful experience. Thank you!!! 🤩
