Great customer service
Truely one of the worst experiences I have had in a shop, worst customer service experience in any jewellery store.
Got my thirds done here, I’m unsure of the workers name, but she was so lovely and kind! Made me feel super comfortable and excited to get my piercing! So glad I was offered great service here after being turned down by skinkandy because of my doxycycline! I’ve had all 10 of my piercings done on doxy since I was a young teen and have all healed perfectly, no issues. Loved getting pierced here, it was honestly a way better experience!
Me and my partner recently got our piercings done by Isabella at Lovisa, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and made both of us feel super comfortable throughout the whole process. Isabella explained every step clearly and took great care in ensuring everything was clean and safe.
