I had a really disappointing experience at Lovisa (Browns Plains) today. I purchased two gifts one for my daughter and one for my niece and was told I could only receive one bag because they only give out one bag per customer, regardless of how many items you buy. I've honestly never experienced anything like this. It makes no sense, especially when you're buying multiple gifts. Honestly.. the worst customer service at a lovisa store Browns plains...I've ever enoountered.. asked for assistance twice, and instead of helping me, I was pointed in the general direction of what I was looking for after i explained i needed help as i had no glasses.. with no assistance i found it hard to find screw on flat backs for my piercing that i urgently needed. Unfortunately i ended up with push on as I just picked out of frustration in the end.. not happy!

I waited today to pay for my earrings, I was about to make a $100 payment but no one attended me, and the chicks working there could clearly tell I was at the front waiting for someone to make the payment, anyway no one came and I even made eye contact to the black chick who was working there, terrible costumer service, never coming back to that shop again, always same experience at that shop in grand plaza. I was in there today with my mum and we noticed a couple giving one of the workers there a hard time. She stood her ground and tried to help them but the customers were very rude and disrespectful towards her. All I wanted to really say was the girl worker I believe her name is Jorja. She was so strong and considerate towards the couple and everytime I go into the store, she always greets me with a smile and is very helpful.
